Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping rates vary by region and priority. Domestic shipping within the United States is offered at a flat rate of $6.00 USD, and Insured Priority Shipping is offered at $10.00 USD. Untamed Beauty ships internationally at a rate of $15.00 USD. Shipping rates and costs are non-negotiable and subject to change.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Strands ship after they are manufactured, which is approximately 3-5 days following order placement. After strands are packaged, they can take up to 5 days to ship. Please keep this in mind while ordering and calculating arrival times of strand(s). Every waistbead is beautifully crafted by hand just for you!
Domestic Standard Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive, while Insured Priority has a much shorter ETA of 1-3 business days. For international shipping, order arrival ranges from 7-14 business days to complete
Untamed Beauty assumes no responsibility for local duties and taxes on international shipments.
Missing & Destroyed Packages
Untamed Beauty has no control over packages that get lost in transition or damaged before arrival, however we would love to help! Please visit our GET IN TOUCH PAGE and include your order number in your message. An Untamed Beauty representative will respond in the order in which messages are received.
Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled and fully refunded within 12 hours of purchase. To request an order cancellation, please send us a conversation within 12 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond this 12-hour window.
Due to hygiene concerns, there are no returns/exchanges on waist bead purchases that have been shipped.
30 Day Replacement Guarantee:
Should your waist beads break along the strand within 30 days of purchase (not at the knot) Untamed Beauty will gladly replace your piece with no questions asked. Replacements will be the exact or similar piece, depending on stock levels. To make a claim, please send an email to us within 30 days of purchase. Please attach photos to support your claim.
While we strive for 100% satisfaction from all our customers, Untamed Beauty cannot be held responsible for strands that are not long enough to fit your waist. Customers are responsible for knowing their own waist size and making sure the size of the listing will fit them PRIOR to ordering. All items will list their approximate length. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT EVERY LISTING HAS A DIFFERENT STANDARD LENGTH.
Waist Bead Design
Most of our waist bead pieces will not have a clasp attached. We strive to keep our product authentic and traditionally waist beads are tied on for long-term wear. This also ensures that no matter what piece catches your eye, you can customize them all to fit your size.
Can I take my Waist Beads off once tied?
Absolutely. Getting them back on depends on how loosely or tight you decide to tie them. Traditionally waist beads are worn along the pantie line and not tight around the waist. This allows the beads to be pulled up and off similar to a t-shirt. If you prefer to wear them tight around the waist you may want to tie them in a bow rather than a knot should you plan on taking them off.
